Again, this is an assumption, but I take it you are using Linux and
JDK 1.3, yes. There is a problem on Linux with getting the DTD. There
is a fix in Scarab for this I believe that I will try to incorporate
into the TDK.

Again, this is wrong. I don't know where you're getting this setup
information.

Syntax is correct, database is wrong.

I would just wait until tomorrow. The tdk-2.1b1 will be released and
has been simplified to try and avoid some of the problems you're
having. You're whole problem started with generating the wrong
application.
You can't generate the wrong application with the new version of
the TDK. If you're using MySQL and Linux than you have the most tested
setup and the TDK works well. You just started off on the wrong foot,
and that's because it is possible to generate the wrong app with 1.1a13.
