Weird.
OK, here is what I am trying to do:
I have a form encoded as multipart because I am also uploading some files. If this
form is submitted as POST then GBP signs are
parsed as ?.
If i send the form GET, then the GBP signs are fine?????
What's this about?? Any ideas?
