I think you mean Struts. Well it's the framework which is strongly connected
to the J2EE. So if you want that, especially if you want to use JSP, have a
look at Struts again.
Turbine uses a different way to do things. But I like it and think it's
easier than J2EE, because it has so many utilities.
So make your choice.

Maybe it's possible but you'll have more problems than advantages.

JSP isn't supported as good as in Struts.
