I have just tried the Scott's solution,
at first test, I got a SQL Exception saying that REQUEST field cannot be
null. After I have set idMethod="idbroker" on both table (although only
REQUEST table need to) all works fine. (And the code is much clear and
simple). I had used "idbroker" instead of "autoincrement" because the latter
was deprecated and "native" does not works (same behavior of "none")
