It depends on how you configure the different pieces.  For example we
always deployed JBoss separate from Tomcat. I would use JBoss separately
from Tomcat and Turbine.  If you need to reference EJB's from your
application I would create a custom actions and some Pull tools that
would provide access to the JBoss services and EJB's
