Fulcrum and Torque will be available for use in Turbine 3 and shortly in Turbine 2 on an official basis. Fulcrum and Torque are fully decoupled from Turbine and can be used outside the confines of a Turbine application. Neither of the decoupled packages has been released which is why there isn't much documentation. > .
