Correct me if I'm wrong, but shouldn't the LAN URL be: http://192.168.1.2:8080/newapp/servlet/newapp? You specify port 8080 when accessing it on the localhost(127.0.0.1) but when you try to access from a LAN you are not specifing a port. I'm assuming both URL's represent the same server.
