It really seems that in tdk2.2b1 accessing newapp/servlet/newapp in Explorer is a problem.
in tdk2.1 there is no such problem in Explorer in scarab-1.0-b5 there is no such problem in Explorer (it uses turbine-3 ) I'd suggest for others who build (Linux/Windows) newapp in tdk2.2b1 try to access it in Explorer and to see if the Login page loads quickly. Q2.
