There is some documentation in the proposal and further documentation in the
turbine-dev mail archive. You should be able to use just Henning's security
service from fulcrum - again, the archives should provide the necessary
information.

Execute:
maven -g
to see a list of the available maven goals - one of them will do what you
are after.
