I'm currently putting together the java.lang.VerifyError solution in detail, just in a text file. I've also gathered notes from doing the TDK 2.2 RC1 test to assist in the updating of the How-To (have some notes on the compile/use of the Turbine 2.2 source and ant targets).
If anyone has CVS and can email me that TDK How-To ( whatever http://jakarta.apache.org/turbine/tdk/tdk-howto.html is) in xdoc format, I can modify it and resubmit it.
