Did you follow the instructions on how to install the plugin? They are available at the site I mentioned.
Create a new project in Eclipse and import the source code for your webapp. Use the ant tool to deploy the jar/class files built from your source code into the appropriate TOMCAT webapps dir. After installing the plugin, just start TOMCAT from the toolbar/menu in Eclipse, set a breakpoint in the servlet code, and type the relevent url in a browser.
