Definitely the line "Turbine is a key new project..." is a baaad opening line for an article about Turbine, yep.
But I found the article surprisingly deep (for a magazine), well written and nice with beginners. Also, it seems that the author has a bunch of published books about web technologies. It will be good to add it as a reference in the Turbine site.
