when started working with turbine a few weeks ago it was really hard for
me to get in again. again means that i have been working with the code
adapting the jyve-FAQ-system approximately three years ago.
the mailing list was a good help - also the docs are much more
explaining than in former times ;-)
but what is really missing is something like a book describing how to
develop webapps using turbine. so in that field it was really
interesting reading such an article - it would be really nice to have
a section in the docu where there are pointers to articles or maybe
research docs of students explaing it from another point of view.

...just a suggestion!

I agree with Robles. It's a really robust article, that goes into some real depth (considering the space).

I suggest we point to it, as a reference from teh turbine site.

Definitely the line "Turbine is a key new project..." is a baaad opening line for an article about Turbine, yep.

But I found the article surprisingly deep (for a magazine), well written and
nice with beginners.

Also, it seems that the author has a bunch of published books about web
technologies.

It will be good to add it as a reference in the Turbine site.
