Okay, you are actually working at this point! Most of the tests in the
sample fail, some sort of web.xml file problem that I don't understand yet.
However, check out these lines:

If you go into the test-reports dir and check it oiut, you will see that one
worked! Now try your turbine ones.
Also, what conf change did you make? I have seen the error you speak of,
but haven't had luck tracking it down.
