I had some talks about writing one with the (now defunct) Wrox
press. I've contacted O'Reilly some time ago and they basically said
"send in a proposal and we will see what we can do" but to my shame I
must admit that workload and some personal trouble simply didn't allow
me to do so.
I hope to meet some O'Reilly folks @ ApacheCon to talk about this. I definitely plan
on working in this direction.
