Warner Onstine has been giving me some helpful hints on what it would take
as he is currently working on another book.
He suggests that we have at most 2 authors working on the book and prepare
the following for presenting to a potential publisher.
Overview/Summary (why we should publish this book)
About the Authors
Other Contributors
Audience
Content - What will be the crux of the book? (think of the back flap of
a book, what goes there should go here)
Actual outline
I have put together my table of contents as a bit of an outline and will
be publishing this to an open forum soon so that anyone interested can
contribute or write as much or as little as they feel comfortable with.
I have put together one chapter and started on a couple others as time has
permitted.
I'll write back more as I get more organized and have a plan of action :)
I'm going to try and make it to the ApacheCon... anyone else going to be
there?
