+1 and I think I helped Thomas offline about getting the Turbine source (hopefully!) I still use scarab :)

Sorry to spam the user list but the above statement is incorrect, so I think it deserves to be refuted. I'm subscribed to the scarab mailing lists and see lots of activity. There has been a relatively stable developer community around scarab for years. It's not a huge community, but far from dead.

Please, google for JIRA for a really nice issue tracking system.

I guess a bit of free advertising is ok payback for the free JIRA licenses which are provided to opensource projects, but this seems unrelated to the original email. There are several issue tracking applications that don't use Turbine, many that don't even use Java, but I won't list them.
