As what Jorge said, I am in scarab mailing list. People are great there (Hope that it is the same here! lol) and sometime there are really too much emails. Sometime, it is worst than spam ;-) lol What I can say that scarab is a great issue tracker based on turbine and I conclude that turbine is also great!
