Are you familiar with CVS? If not, then please read this book (cover to
cover) first...

If you are familiar with CVS, then let me know and I will just give you CVS
write access. I generally like to follow the commit first / ask later
principle. Except if you are going to make major modifications to core
stuff, then you should write a proposal on the list first.

thanks for working on this stuff...it is great...i can't wait for OPaL to
get done...we should modify the existing user admin stuff and database
schemas to use it. I love the OID/UUID ideas.
