I'm a 0 on the collections library. Update the README and install to reflect
the additional requirements.

As someone else said on this list...Turbine is the MFC of servlets. ;-) Why
continue to re-invent the wheel or submit to a lame license like the GPL
when you can get Turbine for free? ;-)
All of us here are working towards a single goal instead of working against
each other. ;-) How cool is that? I currently count around 15 active
developers on this thing and growing daily. No commercial offering can
compete with that.
