First check out the source from CVS if you are not familiar with CVS read
this (just the parts about checkout will do for now) Go here:
http://java.apache.org/main/cvs.html to get the URL (CVSROOT) username and
password. Once you have the source look in the /docs and read the TODO file
to see what needs to be worked on (there is allot that needs to be done for
OPaL but unfotumatualy none of it is in this file). If you want to work on
OPaL then, we are using a design written by Scott W. Ambler which you can
get from here: http://www.ambysoft.com/persistenceLayer.html and here:
http://www.ambysoft.com/mappingObjects.html. Then just pick an area that you
are interested in and start coding... once you have some code/ideas/bug
killers send a post to this list and we will go from there.
