If you are looking for an example of a project which makes extensive use of
peers, you can look at a project that is still in early stages of
development.  We (Frank and I) are working on an e-commerce system.  It is
NOT functional yet, so this is not an announcement for everyone to come
download this code and then ask lots of questions about why it doesn't work
or how to get it set up. I am also a pretty lazy commenter, and am just now
trying comment many of the methods.  You can find it the same place as
turbine, just substitute jcommerce in the root and module.  BTW cvsweb
interface is not working yet either and cvs is full of empty directories as
well, as things have been repackaged a few times.

As far as the om and peers, you can see most objects lazily instantiate any
aggregates or associated objects.  Also most objects rely on actions to
insert or update in the db.  Though a couple take the trouble to track
changes in their simple and aggregate attributes (e.g. InvoiceLineItem and
BasketProduct).
