- If you want to build a new app use Turbine from CVS.
- If you want to use JetSpeed use the turbine.jar that comes with JetSpeed.
You can use turbine.jar from the JetSpeed distro to build a new web
application but getting it out of CVS ensures that you get the latest and
greatest fixes, etc since I'm not sure how often the jar gets updated.
