I had started to do all this, but am now fully side tracked by Scarab...I
have to get that working first, so it is great that you are doing this. I'm
essentially doing a lot of this same work, but it needs to be Scarab
specific...:-(

I agree. I would actually like to see us use the WebMacroSiteLayout instead
though. It is a better methodology and I actually would like to deprecate
the BaseWebMacro stuff...what do you think of that?
I don't mind making people edit properties files as long as we do a really
good job of making it clear what needs to change and why.

I agree, but the logos that people have done so far haven't been real
"logos"...
