Just to be clear:
EVERYTHING WORKS FINE WITH JSERV. :-)
It doesn't work with Tomcat (yet). I'm not quite sure where the problem is
but I'm working on it.

huh? Just put *everything* that you have source code to in your repository
path. Period.

Theoretically yes, but as I said, I'm not sure where the problem is so it is
difficult to say one way or another.
