mod_rewrite with jserv

This maybe more of a apache question, but I'm using mod_rewrite with
turbine.  It seems to work when I request documents with the aliased
directory for turbine, but turbine always creates URLs in the form
zone/Turbine/screen.  Is it possible to have Turbine generate URLs that use
my aliased directory such as
http://alias/screen ?
