1. What is Turbine team's and Justin's policy about WebMacro's state?
I mean differences in WM-classes interface (I play with 19-03-2000 WM,
Shimari's CVS is unreachable now).
2. Is there public CVS for "turbined" WM sources?
The reason of a problem is: I use Cp1251 encoding and read templates
using some quick patch in org.webmacro.engine.FileTemplate.java.
So, I can not try Turbine simply with webmacro-jdk1.2-CVS.jar
from turbine/lib.
