We probably should make the source available as the current license requires
it, and it would just be convenient since it is the preferred method of
building the response, people are going to be wanting to look at the source
quite often.

I did include the source in the FreeMarker jar.  If we want to keep the jars
small, we could add a short download page for the source snapshots that we
use to build the libraries.
