Sorry, I've got it now... There is some contradiction between
the following files
docs/install.txt
docs/war-webmacro.html
examples/webmacro/README.txt
That lead to troubles. I'd already had the support jars
in tomcat/lib (as per docs/install.txt) from a previous
install. It wasn't appearant that install.txt was not a
prereq. for war-webmacro.html
