That is because I do turbine development so i have a "WEB-INF/classes"
directory where I use my IDE (Kawa) to compile a copy of Turbine + my
project development code (Scarab). That way, if I made a change to Turbine,
the classes get reloaded.

Someone want to send me a diff that updates the documentation to reflect
this?
