yes. i will also let sean pipe up on this since he is supposed to be working
on it. :-)

all documentation should be in /docs/

schema's and other like material should be moved to /src/

no, this is perfect. please discuss this stuff.

in fact, before you do the import, how about this, send a complete directory
listing to the list and we can hash things out even more. :-) remember, i
did that when i re-org'ed the modules directories and it worked quite well.
