I apologize the documentation sucks. It does. It all needs to be completely
redone.

One bit of advice. When you join a project, it is a good idea to read the
list for a week or so before posting. It is also a good idea to read the
archives. If you did that, you would have seen my State of Turbine emails
that explain that pretty much everything is a mess right now. It will get
better, we are just in a State of Flux.
