In the TDK I placed .wm files in WEBAPP/templates. The reason being the
WEB-INF directory is the domain of the developer, not the designer.
I have set up our network shares so that the designers can't
get into the WEB-INF directory. One of them was just curious
and wandered around the WEB-INF opening .class files and
mangling them with whatever he was using, DreamWeaver or
something.
Anyway, I think the designer work should be separated
from development work. It's safer, and follows an
MVC model more closely.
That's how the TDK generates apps right now, so if
anyone disagrees I will change the way apps are
generated.
