I would prefer just plain HTML either done by hand or with an editor like
Netscape Composer or DreamWeaver.
The reason is that it turns out that maintaining anything else is a major
PITA.
We could do the documentation in Turbine itself, but that would be cruel and
unusual punishment since there wouldn't be a bootstrap process. :-)
