Sorry for checking in without testing this thourughly. I did this because
my friend told me that he tested that already (check his posting from 17 Aug
about inifinite redirect). It turned out that the session id shows up twice
so I changed it back. Right now my instalations seems to be doing fine.
I promise we'll work on sorting this out and then post the conclusions.
I wrote UniqueIdService and placed it in org.apache.turbnie.services.uniqueid.
It provides turbine instance id, simple/fast instance-wide indentifiers and
'obfuscated' instance wide identifiers using util.GenerateUniqueId.getIdentifier()
I'm ready to start check it in, as well as the improved upload service.
