Right now we have:

http://host/myapp/servlet/Turbine/key1/value1/template/path,to,bar.html/key2
/value2

Since many people do not like this format, I proposed that we modify
DynamicURI, so that it always wrote the template parameter last.  Then
ParameterParser could look for the key "template" and then assign the rest
of the
pathinfo to that key. So then the url would (could) be

http://host/myapp/servlet/Turbine/key1/value1/key2/value2/template/path/to/b
ar.html

I tried modifying my proposal, so that the "template" key  could be set in
the properties file as well.  This would only take a couple conditionals in
DynamicURI and ParameterParser.  And it does not remove any current
functionality.
