I think he meant sitebook which is used in many of apache projects. It is
available on CVS via xml.apache.org IIRC and is also present in many
different projects (including many xml.apache.org projects). It is a little
hard to understand at first but if you understand XSLT then it should be
simple enough to read through the stylesheets. The standard place to put
stylesheets is in "<project>/skins/myStyle" thou I am not sure if turbine
follows this convention. Other places to look through include xdocs and
sub-directorys.
