This is water under the bridge, the users on my list voted for the Apache
style license and I always do what they tell me to do. 

What I meant is that a license as complex as the MPL likely depends 
significantly on the way the laws are written. American and Canadian
laws are different.

It's a non-issue now, my userbase voted for the Apache license.
