It is not specific for Avalon - I just included because
people kept checking in broken code to CVS so I was going to
institute Unit tests that MUST pass before code can be
checked in - still plugging away at it thou. I hope to get
it at the stage that for a check in to be accepted it has to
pass all unit tests :P

whats moo - I did a quick look around and didn't notice
anything about a project called moo ?
