I'll try my mother tongues: German, Spanish and English:

Als Mensch kann mir nichts menschliches Fremd sein.
(Human in German has a different connotation)
Hombre soy, nada humano me puede ser ajeno.
(gets pretty close to the latin, except the endings and the order)
As a man, nothing human can be alien to me.
(note the puto translates into 'can')
I guess the Italian would get a bit nearer (or how about Esperanto).
