Sorry. I actually do most of my development on Win2K, but it was easier to
explain the commands in Unix than in DOS. ;-)
Here are the relevant DOS commands:
cd tdk\dist\tdk
move share/webmacro/templates share/webmacro/templates.sav
md share\webmacro\templates
xcopy /S ..\..\..\turbine\src\templates share\webmacro\templates
newapp.bat [newapp]
(Note: Your mileage may vary; I've only verified these commands under NT.)
