Come and get it...there is documentation on the use of the TDK with the
download...in fact, most of the reason why the TDK is so huge is because it
contains documentation for a whole bunch of stuff...
There is versions specific for JDK 1.1 and JDK 1.2. Make sure you grab the
right one.

I was able to get to the start page without having any dependencies on a
database up and running. I just started Tomcat and went. Note, you will need
to start Tomcat from within the Tomcat home directory, not within the
tomcat/bin directory.
