Ahh, sweet relief. I did something right finally, but not sure what it was.
Earlier I had tried the TDK with the Turbine app generated with newapp.bat, ala:
http://localhost:8080/tdktest1/servlet/tdktest1
And got no result. So I tried
http://localhost:8080/
Which of course returns nothing with the TDK Tomcat since the default Tomcat
page directory
has been removed, ie:
TOMCAT_HOME/webapps/Root
After figuring this out, I tried the test turbine app URL as shown above, and it
comes up fine.
So, confusion and stupidity are defeated.
