You're not bound to use a SQL database at all with Turbine. ( see
TurbineUser`NoDB as an example ). You could add Ozone as a Turbine
Service.

Implement your own User and AccessControl mechanism. Both are interfaces so you can
customize.
Turbine is extremely flexible! The guys the laid the framework for Turbine
really knew what they were doing!
