carl, we are currently discussing in IRC the best way to deal with this
cause we have to decide whether or not we want to make everyone check stuff
out again (in order to modify stuff on the cvs server directly) or simply
make people cvs update -d -P and have a directory structure mess on disk
you are all welcome to join in on the conversation.
