There is a #parser, but we're moving it out of the
core and making it a pluggable directive. There will
definitely be a #parse.

There are simple two term expressions like
#set $p = $a + $b
#set $p = $p / 2

I am going to add full blown expression handling but
the parser doesn't currently handle it. When the
parser settles down I will implement arbitrary
expression handling. Right now it doesn't handle
arbitrary expressions, only the simple two term
variety :-)
