I said that the template.cache property in velocity.properties
and module.cache in TR.props are mutually exclusive. velocity.properties
doesn't have a module.cache property, that is a Turbine property.
I also said that I left the template.cache property set to true
in the 1.1a7 TDK. That is now fixed, so when I build the TDK
again the default value for template.cache will be false, which
makes more sense for development :-)
