But again, the templates were refreshing properly. The problem was
that the modules are not refreshing, even with module.cache set to
false. And actually, that's not 100% true - when a module goes away,
the default was being used in its place properly, but when the module
was inserted during runtime, it wasn't being used if the default had
already been used.
Again - nothing to do with the templates.
