Looks good, but the dual licensing is an issue for me. Legally, it is
probably just fine, but a goal that I have for the Turbine project is to
have everything that is included inside under a single license for
simplicity for everyone.

ie:

 * individuals on behalf of the Java Apache Group. For more information
 * on the Java Apache Project and the Apache JServ Servlet Engine project,
 * please see <http://java.apache.org/>.

I don't mind giving John credit for the work though. His name should be in
the @author field and I'm ok with a credit below the above credit as well.

John, would you be willing to just use the ASF Turbine license?
