No, it is not because of security.
The way I had architectured things in my application, screen templates have
default ways of being presented and alternate way of being presented.

In order to make my web application have a look and feel more of a windows
application, I had to rely heavily on the use of frames. I am not making
much use of the NAvigation component of Turbine and a limited usage of the
Layout component.

In my architecture, after leaving out the turbine navigational component, i
avoid having any navigational control logic on the screen class.
I build that into an action component. One example of an action that
controls the secuence of screen is an application configuration wizard. The
same forms that may be used in other portions of the application, are now
used within a wizard component and with the navigation driven in other
frames.

Therfore, because i am using Forma action and action fields that can be
manipulated by other frames, I am trying to avoid parsing the current action
query string and modifying it, as oposed to apeending to it.
